Payment

We believe in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows for treatment on any budget.

Chiropractic Payments

The overall health and well-being of our patients is our number one priority and is the
reason why we go to great lengths to make routine chiropractic care convenient and
affordable for all. The licensed chiropractors at Beyond Chiropractic will perform a
comprehensive initial examination to determine the patient’s needs for care. Since
recommendations will vary from person to person, Chiropractic packages are available
that are both affordable and convenient without the hassles of insurance billing, copays,
deductibles, or declined reimbursements. Once you experience the restorative benefits
of chiropractic, we’re confident you’ll wonder how you ever lived without us.

INSURANCE

We are considered out-of-network and can provide you with a Superbill, if you
have out-of-network benefits and would like to submit to your insurance for
reimbursement. If you have been in a Motor Vehicle Accident we do currently
accept car insurance claims. We became out-of-network providers in mid
2023 as many of our patient’s co-pays and deductibles were continually
increasing, often exceeding our self-pay fees.

RIGHT TO RECEIVE A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE OF EXPECTED CHARGES

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your
medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients
who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill
for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected
cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs
like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in
writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You
can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose,
for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith
Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
